THE PROCESS
Before the Event
We schedule a call discussing your vision for the event, aligning all of the essential details.
During
I arrive 1 - 1.5 hours prior to the scheduled start time. As soon as your guests begin to arrive, I capture their photo and begin illustrating.
After
For any remaining portraits, these are completed within 2-3 weeks from the event date and mailed to you.
THE investment

Starting at $750 (3 hours)
Recommended for parties of up to 60 guests
During the course of 3 hours, between 20-25 portraits are created. For events with couples, this is equivalent to approximately 50 guests. Any remaining portraits will be mailed to within 2-3 weeks you after the event.

Starting at $1,500 (4-5 hours)
Recommended for parties with more than 60+ guests
During the course of 4-5 hours, between 40-45 portraits are created. For events with couples, this is equivalent to approximately 80 guests. Any remaining portraits will be mailed to within 2-3 weeks you after the event.

Individual Portraits: Between 5-8 minutes
Group Portraits
Two people: 8-10 minutes
Three or more people: 10-15 minutes

Local travel: Free within the first 1.5 hours of West Palm Beach, Florida.
Extended travel: Travel cost will be determined based on the location. Please complete the Contact Form to request further information on your quote.
Lodging: For venues that allow for 1.5+ hours of travel, lodging is required.

I expect this season to fill up quickly, and ask for bookings to be made 2+ months prior to your event. This allows me to plan accordingly, ensuring that I meet any specific needs you may have.

I am always happy to work with larger parties (200+ guests). Kindly note that at maximum, 40-45 portraits can be created within 4-5 hours.
It is my priority during your event to engage with your guests while illustrating in a timely manner.
In any event where I have not been able to complete the total amount of portraits, from my experience guests are always pleased to hear that they will be receiving it in the near future as a moment to look forward to…and back on.
