~ BEFORE ~
We will schedule a phone call discussing your vision, the setup, number of guests, and any specific requests you have to ensure all comes together seamlessly.
~ DURING ~
I arrive 1.5 hours prior to your preferred start time to make sure everything is just as you envisioned.
You have the option to be illustrated first or later on. For individual watercolor portraits, these take between 5-8 minutes while couples and groups can take between 8-12 minutes.
~ AFTER ~
All of the guests will come by to pick up their portraits. For any remaining guests that still need their portrait completed, please allow 1-3 weeks for these to be mailed to you. They also make for such a sweet touch with your “Thank You’s!”

Individual Portraits: Between 5-8 minutes
Group Portraits
Two people: 8-10 minutes
Three or more people: 10-15 minutes

Local travel: Free within the first 20 miles of West Palm Beach, Florida.
Extended travel: $1.00 is added to the quote per each additional mile. For traveling outside of the state of Florida, please complete the Contact Form to request further information.
Lodging: For venues that allow for 1.5+ hours of travel, lodging is required

I expect this season to fill up quickly, and ask for bookings to be made 2+ months prior to your wedding date. This allows me to plan accordingly, ensuring that I meet any specific needs you may have.

Absolutely! For events outside my standard packages, I offer custom bookings at $250 per hour (3-hour minimum). Illustration-wise, that’s approximately 8 portraits per hour.
